Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return. These include perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized or custom-made products, and personal care items like beauty products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. After your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
Returned items must still be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
